地处深圳市南山区的深圳波顿香料有限公司成立于一九九一年，注册资本7500万元，年销售收入3亿元。是中国香精香料工业的重点龙头骨干企业之一，也是我国最早从事烟草，食品，日化香料香精研发、生产、销售及投资规模最大的企业之一。深圳波顿香料有限公司的控股公司中国香精香料有限公司于2005年12月在香港主板成功上市，是我国香精香料行业第一家上市公司。
Shenzhen Boton Flavors and Fragrances Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter ‘Boton’) is incorporated in 1991 and situated in Nanshan District, Shenzhen with registered capital of RMB75 million and annual sales of RMB300 million, being one of the focal leading backbone enterprises of the Chinese flavors and fragrances industry and one of the earliest established enterprises in the research, development and sales of flavors and fragrances for tobacco, foodstuff and household chemical industries in China. China Flavors and Fragrances Company Limited, who controls Shenzhen Boton Flavors and Fragrances Co., Ltd., was listed success on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited Main Board on December, 2005 and became the first public traded Chinese flavors and fragrances company. 

深圳波顿香料有限公司占地约 10000平方米，建筑面积15000平方米，其中6000平方米科研大楼，近4000平方米的生产车间。波顿香料公司以“波顿香料”品牌生产经营烟用香精、食品香精、日化香精及香料四大类产品，品种达1000多种。公司现有员工400余人，其中享有国务院特殊津贴专家、博士等大批国际一流的科技人才， 开发领域涉及烟用香精、食品香精、日化香精、天然香精、合成香料、生物技术香料等高科技香精、香料产品。研发中心配备了国际上最先进的分析检测仪器，并建立完整的原料分析数据库，为新产品研发、产品质量稳定及满足客户需求提供了足够的资源保障。 
Boton occupies a plot area of 10,000 square meters, building area of 15,000 square meters of which 6,000 square meters are used as research center and approximately 4,000 square meters for production facilities. Boton operates under the brand “Boton Flavors” for the production of its four board categories of products, namely, tobacco flavors, foodstuff flavors, household chemicals and spices, we have over 1,000 products and our annual production capacity is 10,000 ton. At present, we have over 400 staff including a group of international technical elites as government special aided experts and doctors. We have developed high technological essence and spices for tobacco flavors, foodstuff flavors, household chemicals, natural essence, synthetic essence and bio-technological essence. Our technical center is equipped with the most technological advanced analytical equipments and we have established a comprehensive data bank for the analysis of raw materials, so that we have sufficient resources to secure our new product development, stabilized our quality and satisfy our customer needs.

After 15 years of operation, Boton has gain wide recognition in the society and are council members of the China Association of Fragrance Flavor and Cosmetic Industries and Vice chairman of China Food Additive Production & Application Industry Association (CFAA).We have been confirmed by Shenzhen Municipal as an focal high technology enterprise, Shenzhen contract binding and trustworthy enterprise, Shenzhen 50 strongest private enterprise and becomes Shenzhen project research and development center’s support unit. Our company is being assessed by National enterprise and Association of National Petrol Chemical Industries as China’s 500 strongest petrol Chemical Enterprises——10 strongest Flavors and Fragrance Enterprise.
