 深圳市拓沃通信技术有限公司成产于二００九年六月三十日，办公地址位于深圳市南山区科技园科技南十二路０１１号方大大厦１２０２室，目前公司主要从事手表手机的开发、生产、销售、售后等，提供从产品定义、外观设计、结构设计、硬件开发、软件开发、物料采购、生产制造、产品销售、售后服务等全方位服务。主要的业务模式为大品牌客户定制及包销（OEM\ODM），目前为多家知名海内外客户开发、制造多款手表手机和智能手表。
